Tour Begins - Pickup from Hotel or Specified Location

Your tour starts when we pick everyone up from a Hamilton hotel or a specified pickup location in one of our meticulously maintained luxury vehicles. The pickup time is entirely up to you!

Niagara Falls

Your custom tour arrives at Niagara Falls, where you can admire the stunning views and explore at your leisure. You can also visit one of the many restaurants for a delightful lunch (lunch is not included in the tour price).

Casino Niagara

Spend time playing your favorite slots and table games at Casino Niagara, or enjoy live entertainment, including music concerts or theater productions. The casino is a popular attraction and a great way for a group to have fun. (All casino activities are not included in the tour price.)

Drop-off

We safely return you to your original pickup location, ensuring a memorable and hassle-free trip to Niagara Falls.

We provide pickup and drop-off services from all hotels and B&Bs in the Hamilton area.

• If you need to change or cancel your tour, please call or email us. Customers will receive an 80% refund if they cancel at least 7 days in advance.

• If a tour is canceled less than 7 days ahead, 50% of the total booking fee (including taxes) will be charged.

• You are responsible for arriving on time for your private tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location via email.

• If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or other payment method as applicable.

• Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge but must be done within 24 hours of booking.

• If you wish to switch to a larger vehicle, you must pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees.

• If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy applies based on the original purchase time and tour date.

• If you switch to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the price difference to your credit card.

In the rare event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up). NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or changes in the passenger vehicle. However, if the tour is canceled due to a bus or vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will provide a full refund.
