Cancellation & Refund Policy

Niagara Falls Private Tours:

  • You may cancel your private tour with no penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email. A FULL REFUND will be issued.

  • No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start.

  • Arriving late or missing your scheduled pickup time will result in no refund.

  • If we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather), you’ll receive a FULL REFUND to your original payment method.

  • Rescheduling is free, but must be done within 24 hours of booking.

  • If you upgrade to a larger vehicle, you are responsible for paying the difference in cost.

  • Downgrades will result in the price difference being refunded to your credit card.

  • If a vehicle breakdown occurs, every effort will be made to continue the tour using alternate transport. Refunds will not be issued for delays or changes in vehicle type unless the tour is cancelled entirely.
