  • Full Refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time

  • No Refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance

  • Guests must be on time for pickup; late arrivals or missed tours will not be refunded

  • Pickup time and location will be confirmed via email after booking

If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You may reschedule your tour free of charge within 24 hours of booking.

If you'd like to upgrade to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the price difference—no extra processing fees apply. If you downgrade to a less expensive tour, the difference will be refunded.

In the rare case of a vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to continue your tour using an alternate vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to the breakdown, a full refund will be provided. However, no refund will be issued for time lost or vehicle changes.
