Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Private Tour Cancellations: To reschedule or cancel a Private Tour, contact ToNiagara via phone or email.

• Full Refund: Available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

• Late Arrival Policy: You must arrive on time for your private tour. If you miss it due to late arrival, no refund will be provided.

• Tour Cancellations by Niagara Falls Tour: In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund and be notified as soon as possible.

• Rescheduling: You can reschedule your tour at no extra charge if done within 24 hours of booking.

• Tour Upgrades: If you wish to switch to a larger vehicle, you will only need to pay the price difference—no additional processing fees. If switching to a lower-priced private tour, the price difference will be refunded.

• Vehicle Breakdown Policy: In rare cases of a bus or vehicle breakdown, alternative transportation will be arranged to continue the tour. No refunds will be given for lost time or vehicle changes, unless the tour is completely canceled, in which case a full refund will be issued.
