Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Niagara Falls Private Tours, we want to ensure you have an amazing experience. If you need to change or cancel your tour, simply contact us via phone or email.

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.

• Timely arrival is required—if you're late and miss the tour, no refund will be provided. (Your pickup time and location will be emailed to you—please check your inbox.)

• Weather & Unexpected Changes: If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• Free rescheduling is available within 24 hours of booking.
• Vehicle Upgrades: If you'd like to switch to a larger vehicle, you can pay the difference. If you switch to a cheaper private tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference.
• In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will arrange an alternative vehicle to continue your tour. While no refunds are provided for lost time, if the tour must be cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
