Pickup Information

We offer pickup and drop-off services from all Greater Toronto Area hotels and bed and breakfasts. Larger vehicles are employed depending on the size of the group, although comfortable 6-seater SUVs are used for small-group tours. After booking, pickup details are confirmed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy  

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the tour will not be refunded.

There will be no reimbursements for late arrivals; the tour car will only stay a short time before leaving.

A complete refund will be given if the tour is canceled because of inclement weather or other unanticipated events.

You can reschedule for free.

By paying the difference, you can choose the type of tour (private, evening, or day). The difference will be reimbursed if you decide to switch to a less costly tour.

An alternate vehicle will be set up in the event that the current one breaks down. Changes of vehicle or delays will not result in reimbursements. A complete refund will be given in the event that a breakdown necessitates canceling the tour.
