We offer pickup and drop-off from all Brampton hotels & B&Bs.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the tour.
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour.
• You need to arrive on time; no refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed tours.
• If the tour is cancelled by inclement weather or other unforeseen factors, you get a full refund.
• Free reschedule within 24 hours of purchase.
• If you upgrade to a higher vehicle, you have to pay the price difference.
• If upgrading to a cheaper tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference.
• If the vehicle breaks down, every attempt will be made to proceed with the tour. No refund for lost time will be made, but in the event of a full cancellation of the tour, you will be refunded in full.
