11:15 am: Explore Niagara Falls & Free Time for Lunch
Enjoy free time to explore Niagara Falls and the surrounding attractions at your leisure. If you have pre-selected optional add-ons such as the boat cruise or Journey Behind the Falls, the tour guide will escort you to these experiences. If you have pre-booked lunch at Skylon Tower, the tour guide will accompany you there.

1:00 pm: Scenic Drive on Niagara Parkway
Take in the beauty of the world-famous Niagara Parkway, which Winston Churchill once called "The Prettiest Sunday Afternoon Drive in the World." This picturesque route runs alongside the Niagara River, offering breathtaking views. The recreational trail is accessible for pedestrians and wheelchairs, making it perfect for sightseeing.

1:30 pm: Whirlpool Rapids
Witness the power of the Niagara River as it surges through the Niagara Gorge, forming intense white-water rapids. The swirling motion of the waters creates a mesmerizing natural whirlpool.

1:45 pm: The Floral Clock - Seasonal Summer Attraction
One of Niagara’s most photographed landmarks, the Floral Clock, is a 12.2-meter (40-foot) working clock made entirely of vibrant flowers. Located between the Botanical Gardens and Queenston Heights Park, it provides a stunning backdrop for memorable photos. You’ll also have an opportunity for souvenir shopping.

2:00 pm: Niagara-On-The-Lake Drive Through

Cancellation & Refund Policy

TourBees Private Tours:
To modify or cancel a Private Tour, please call or email TourBees. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

If a Private Tour is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, NO REFUND will be provided.

You are responsible for arriving on time for your Private Tour. If you are late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be given. TourBees will confirm your pickup time and location via email.

If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND via your original payment method.

Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge but must be done within 24 hours of booking.

If you wish to upgrade to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the price difference. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy will still be based on the original booking date. If you switch to a less expensive Private Tour, TourBees will refund the price difference.

In the rare case of a vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle may be sent to pick you up). NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or changes to the passenger vehicle. However, if the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, TourBees will issue a FULL REFUND.
