Tour Itinerary

Tour Begins - Pickup from Hotel or Specified Pickup Location
Your tour starts with a pickup from any hotel in Oakville or a specified location in one of our meticulously maintained luxury vehicles. The pickup time is entirely up to you!

1:30 PM: Niagara Falls
Your custom tour arrives at Niagara Falls for a short stay, followed by lunch at a restaurant of your choice (lunch is not included in the tour price).

3:30 PM: Niagara-on-the-Lake
Enjoy time exploring the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake or try your luck at the casino.

5:30 PM: Winery Tour
Spend some time in the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake and visit a local winery to taste the world-famous wines of the Niagara Region.

8:00 PM: Drop-off
After a wonderful day trip to Niagara, we safely drop you back at your home or hotel.

Pickup Information
We provide pickup and drop-off services from all hotels and B&Bs in the Oakville area using our meticulously maintained luxury vehicles.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change or cancel your Oakville to Niagara Falls small group custom tour, please call or email Niagara Falls Tour. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If a private tour is canceled less than 48 hours before departure, NO REFUND will be provided.

You are responsible for arriving on time for your private tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location via email.
If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other applicable payment method.
Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge but must be done within 24 hours of booking.
If you wish to switch to a larger vehicle, you must pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you switch to a less expensive private tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the price difference to your credit card.
In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle may be sent to pick you up). NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost or a change in the passenger vehicle. If the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will issue a full refund.
