Tour Itinerary

Anytime: Tour Begins - Pickup from Hotel or Specified Pickup Location

Your tour starts when we pick you up from any hotel in Oakville or a specified pickup location in one of our meticulously maintained luxury vehicles. The pickup time depends entirely on you!

1:30 PM: Niagara Falls

Your custom tour arrives at Niagara Falls for a short stay, followed by lunch at a restaurant of your choice (lunch is not included in the tour price).

3:30 PM: Niagara-on-the-Lake

Pickup Information

We provide pickup and drop-off from all hotels & B&Bs in the Oakville area in an ultra-luxury Tesla SUV.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change your Oakville to Niagara Falls Ultra Luxury Private Tour date or cancel, please call or email Niagara Falls Tour. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If a private tour is canceled less than 48 hours ahead, NO REFUND will be provided.

You are responsible for arriving on time for your private tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location via email.

If, for any reason, your tour is canceled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other applicable payment method.

Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge but must be done within 24 hours of booking.

To switch your private tour to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the difference in vehicle fees. There are no additional processing fees. If you switch to a less expensive private tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.

In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle may be sent to pick you up). NO REFUND will be provided for any lost time on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will provide a full refund.
