Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change or cancel your Oakville to Niagara Falls Small Group Private Tour, please call or email Niagara Falls Tour. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If a private tour is canceled less than 24 hours before departure, NO REFUND will be provided.

You are responsible for arriving on time for your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tourwill confirm your pickup time and location via email.

If, for any reason, your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other applicable method of payment.

Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, but it must be done within 24 hours of booking.

To switch your Private Tour to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy will apply based on the original purchase time and start date of the experience. If you switch to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.

In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle may be sent to pick you up). NO REFUND will be provided for any lost time on the tour or a change in the passenger vehicle. If the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will provide a FULL REFUND.
