Cancellation & Refund Policy
To change or cancel your Niagara Falls Private Tour from Oakville, please contact Niagara Falls Tour by phone or email. Customers will receive an 80% refund if they cancel at least 48 hours before the tour. If the tour is canceled within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee (including taxes) will apply.
You are responsible for being on time for your private tour. If you miss the tour due to lateness, no refund will be issued. Niagara Falls Tour will confirm your pick-up time and location via email.
If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Rescheduling is free of charge, but must be done within 24 hours of booking.
If you need to switch to a larger vehicle for your private tour, you will be charged the difference in the vehicle fee. No additional processing fees apply. If you downgrade to a less expensive tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the price difference to your credit card.
In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour. No refund will be provided for lost time or vehicle changes. If the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will provide a full refund.
