Your adventure begins when we pick you up from your Oakville hotel or a designated pickup location in one of our luxurious, well-maintained vehicles. The pickup time is entirely up to you!

Niagara Falls

Upon arrival in Niagara Falls, you’ll have the chance to view the falls and explore the area at your leisure. Enjoy a visit to one of the many nearby restaurants for a delicious lunch (lunch is not included in the tour price).

Casino Niagara

Try your luck at Casino Niagara, where you can enjoy a variety of slot machines and table games or attend live entertainment such as music concerts and theatre performances. Casino attractions are not included in the tour price.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to change or cancel your Niagara Falls Private Tour from Oakville, please contact Niagara FAlls Tour by phone or email. Customers will receive an 80% refund if they cancel at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee (including taxes).

You are responsible for arriving on time for your private tour. If you miss the tour due to lateness, no refund will be issued. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location via email.

If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Rescheduling is free of charge, but must be done within 24 hours of booking.

Should you need to upgrade to a larger vehicle for your private tour, you’ll need to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. No additional processing fees apply. If you downgrade to a less expensive tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.

In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour. No refund will be issued for lost time or vehicle changes. If the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will provide a full refund.
