Tour Begins: Pickup from Hotel or Specified Pickup Location

Your tour begins when we pick up your group from an Oakville hotel or another specified pickup location in one of our meticulously maintained luxury vehicles. The pickup time is entirely up to you!

Upon arrival at Niagara Falls, enjoy breathtaking views and explore the surrounding area. You can also head to one of the many restaurants for a delightful lunch (lunch is not included in the tour price).

Pickup Information

We provide pickup and drop-off services from all hotels and B&Bs in the Oakville area.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you need to change or cancel tour dates, please contact us via phone or email. Customers will receive an 80% refund if they cancel at least 7 days in advance. If a tour is canceled less than 7 days in advance, 50% of the total booking fee (including taxes) will be charged.

• You are responsible for arriving on time for your private tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location via email.

• If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND via your original payment method.

• Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, but must be done within 24 hours of booking.

• If you wish to switch to a larger vehicle, you must pay the difference in vehicle fees. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule a tour, the original cancellation policy applies based on the initial booking time and tour date. If switching to a less expensive private tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.

• In the rare event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour (replacement vehicles may be arranged). No refund will be provided for any lost time or change in passenger vehicle. However, if the tour is completely canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will issue a full refund.
