Tour Itinerary

Anytime: Tour Begins - Pickup from Hotel or Specified Pick-up Location
Your tour starts when we pick you up from any hotel in Hamilton or a specified pick-up location in one of our meticulously maintained luxury vehicles. The pick-up time depends entirely on you!

1:30 pm: Niagara Falls
Your custom tour arrives at Niagara Falls for a short stay before heading to lunch at a restaurant of your choice (lunch is not included in the tour price).

3:30 pm: Niagara-on-the-Lake
Enjoy a visit to this charming town, where you can explore local shops, historic sites, and even try your luck at the casino.

5:30 pm: Winery Tour
Spend some time in the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake and visit a local winery, tasting world-famous wines of the Niagara Region.

8:00 pm: Drop-off

Pickup Information

We pick up and drop off from all hotels & B&Bs in the Hamilton Area in meticulously maintained luxury vehicles.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change your Hamilton to Niagara Falls small group custom tour date or cancel, please call or email Niagara Falls Tour. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If a private tour is canceled less than 48 hours ahead, NO REFUND will be provided.

You are responsible for arriving on time for your private tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pick-up time and location via email.

If, for any reason, your tour is canceled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.

Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge but must be done within 24 hours of booking.

To switch your private tour to a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you switch to a less expensive private tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.

In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle may be sent to pick you up). NO REFUND will be provided for any lost time on the tour or changes in passenger vehicles. If the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will provide a full refund.
