  • Late arrivals that result in missing the tour are not eligible for refunds.

  • If a tour is canceled due to unforeseen events (e.g., bad weather), customers will receive a FULL REFUND.

  • No rescheduling fees apply if changes are made within 24 hours of booking.

  • If upgrading to a larger vehicle, customers will cover the price difference. No additional processing fees apply.

  • In the event of a vehicle breakdown, alternative transportation will be arranged to continue the tour. However, lost time will not be refunded. If the tour is canceled due to vehicle issues, a FULL REFUND will be issued.
