Cancellation & Refund Policy

To reschedule or cancel your Hamilton to Niagara Falls Half-Day Private Tour, please contact Nby phone or email. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they cancel at least 48 hours in advance. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour.

You are responsible for arriving on time for your private tour. If you are late and miss your scheduled tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will confirm your pickup time and location via email.

In the event of a tour cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND via your original payment method.

Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge but must be done within 24 hours of booking.

If you wish to switch to a larger private vehicle, you will be required to pay the price difference. No additional processing fees will apply. If you switch to a less expensive tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.

In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour, including dispatching another vehicle or vehicles to pick you up. NO REFUND will be issued for lost time or a change in the assigned passenger vehicle. However, if the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will issue a full refund.
