Cancellation & Refund Policy

To reschedule or cancel your Hamilton to Niagara Falls Small Group Private Tour, please contact Niagara Falls Tour by phone or email.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour will receive a FULL REFUND.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
Guests must arrive on time for their private tour. If you arrive late and miss your tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location via email.
If a tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND.
Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge but must be requested within 24 hours of booking.
If you need to switch to a larger vehicle, the price difference must be paid. If switching to a less expensive tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
In the rare case of a vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour using another vehicle. NO REFUND will be provided for time lost or vehicle changes. However, if the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will issue a FULL REFUND.
