We offer pickup and drop-off from all hotels and B&Bs in the Hamilton area.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If you need to change or cancel your tour, please call or email Niagara Falls Tour.

• Customers will receive an 80% refund if they cancel at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.

You are responsible for arriving on time for your private tour. No refund will be provided if you arrive late and miss the tour. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location via email.

If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund to your credit card or other applicable payment method.

Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge but must be done within 24 hours of booking.

If you wish to switch to a larger vehicle, you must pay the difference in vehicle cost. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy applies based on the original booking date and time. If you switch to a less expensive private tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.

In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour. Alternative vehicles may be sent to pick you up, but no refund will be provided for lost time. However, if the tour is completely canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will issue a full refund.
