Pickup Information

We provide door-to-door pickup in a Lincoln Town Car (max 4 passengers) from hotels and B&Bs in Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a FULL REFUND.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Missed tours due to late arrival are non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation due to weather or unforeseen issues, full refunds will be provided.
• Free rescheduling within 24 hours of booking.
• Switching to a larger or smaller vehicle is allowed; the fare difference applies.
• No refund for time lost or vehicle change due to mechanical issues, but a replacement vehicle will be provided.
• Full refund applies if the tour is cancelled due to vehicle breakdown.
