Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the tour start time.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours or for no-shows.
• Free rescheduling if requested within 24 hours of booking.
• Upgrade to a larger vehicle by paying the difference.
• Refund of fare difference if switching to a lower-priced tour.
• In case of weather-related cancellations or vehicle issues, a full refund will be provided.
• If a vehicle breakdown occurs during the tour, Niagara Falls Tour will attempt to continue the tour using alternate transport. However, no refunds will be issued for any lost time unless the tour is fully cancelled.
