To change or cancel your Niagara Falls Tour, simply contact us by phone or email.
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour
It is your responsibility to be on time. No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded. Pickup time and location will be confirmed in your booking email.
In the event of bad weather or other unforeseen issues leading to cancellation, we’ll notify you right away and provide a full refund via your original payment method.
Rescheduling is free if done within 24 hours of your initial booking.
If you upgrade to a larger vehicle, you will be required to pay the difference. If you downgrade to a less expensive tour, the difference will be refunded.
In rare cases of vehicle breakdown, we will dispatch an alternate vehicle. No refund will be provided for lost time, but if the tour is fully canceled due to this, a full refund will be issued.
