Tour Begins – Pickup from Your Hotel or Chosen Location
Your day starts with a comfortable pickup in one of our luxury vehicles from Richmond Hill or surrounding areas like Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Oakville, or from your hotel in Niagara Falls. Pickup time is flexible—choose what works best for you!
1:30 PM – Experience the Power of Niagara Falls
Begin your journey with a stop at the majestic Niagara Falls. Take in the breathtaking views and enjoy the surrounding attractions. Afterward, we’ll head to a restaurant of your choice for lunch.
(Note: Lunch is not included in the tour price.)
3:30 PM – Visit Casino Niagara
Enjoy the excitement of Casino Niagara—try your hand at slots or sit down for a game of blackjack. Whether you're a casual player or a seasoned gambler, there’s fun to be had.
5:30 PM – Winery Visit & Niagara-on-the-Lake
Explore the charming and historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and stop by a local winery for a tasting session. Sip on fine wines—including the world-renowned Canadian Ice Wine—and enjoy the peaceful vineyard surroundings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Niagara Falls Tour offers a flexible cancellation policy to keep your plans stress-free:
Full Refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance
No Refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour start time
Guests must arrive on time; if you’re late and miss the tour, no refund will be issued
An email with the exact pickup time and location will be provided after booking
If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Free Rescheduling is available if requested within 24 hours of booking.
If you switch to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the difference in cost. If you switch to a smaller/less expensive tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference—no additional fees apply.
In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour or send a replacement vehicle. While no refund will be issued for lost time or vehicle change, a full refund will be given if the tour is cancelled due to a breakdown.
