Tour Begins – Pickup from Hotel or Preferred Location

8:00 PM – Drop-Off

Pickup Information

We offer pickup and drop-off from all hotels, residences, and B&Bs in the North York area in luxury vehicles.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows.
• Rescheduling: Free within 24 hours of booking.
• Vehicle Upgrade/Downgrade: Pay or receive the difference in price. No extra fees.
• Weather/Unforeseen Issues: Full refund if canceled by Niagara Falls Tour.
• Vehicle Breakdowns: A replacement will be sent if needed. No refund for time lost, but full refund if the tour is canceled due to breakdown.
