• Rescheduling: Free if requested within 24 hours of booking.
• Vehicle Upgrade/Downgrade: You may pay or receive the difference in tour cost.
• Breakdowns: We will dispatch a replacement vehicle. If the tour is canceled due to breakdown, a full refund will be provided. No refunds for time lost due to substitutions.
