• No Refund: If you miss the tour due to late arrival
• Pickup time and location will be confirmed via email. You must arrive on time.
• If the tour is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• Rescheduling: Free of charge if done within 24 hours of booking.
• Vehicle Upgrades/Downgrades: Pay or receive the difference in price. No additional processing fees.
• Vehicle Breakdowns: In the rare event of a breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be dispatched. If the tour is cancelled as a result, a full refund will be provided. No refunds for time lost.
