Pickup Information:

We offer hotel pickup and drop-off across the Greater Toronto Area.
For a more personalized experience, we use 6-seater SUVs for small groups in 2024. Larger groups will be accommodated with suitable vehicles.
Pickup location and time will be confirmed after booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel 24 hours or more before your tour for a full refund.

  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.

  • Late arrival or missed tours are non-refundable.

  • In the event of poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel the tour and provide a full refund.

  • No extra charges for rescheduling or switching to a larger vehicle (only the price difference applies).

  • If you switch to a less expensive tour, the difference will be fully refunded.

  • In rare cases of vehicle breakdowns, we will dispatch a replacement. Tours may proceed with a substitute vehicle, but refunds will only be issued if the tour is cancelled.
