Your tour starts with pickup from your Hamilton hotel or a specified location in one of our luxury vehicles. The pickup time is entirely up to you!

Niagara Falls

Your tour arrives at Niagara Falls, where you can admire the falls and explore the area. Enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants (lunch not included in the tour price).

Casino Niagara

Try your luck at Casino Niagara, where you can enjoy your favorite slot machines and table games or catch a live event such as a concert or theater production (casino attractions are not included in the tour price).

Pickup Information

We provide pickup and drop-off services from all hotels & B&Bs in the Hamilton Area.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you need to change or cancel your tour, please call or email us.

  • Customers will receive an 80% refund if they cancel at least 7 days before the tour date.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund (including taxes).

  • Arriving on time is crucial for your private tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will confirm your pickup time and location via email.

  • If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a FULL REFUND to your credit card or another payment method.

  • Rescheduling your tour is free of charge, but it must be done within 24 hours of booking.

  • If you need to switch your private tour to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the difference in cost. No additional processing fees apply. If you downgrade to a less expensive private tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.

  • In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle may be dispatched to pick you up). No refunds will be issued for time lost on the tour or a change in vehicle type. If the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will provide a full refund.
