At Niagara Falls Private Tours, we aim to provide you with the best possible experience. If you need to change or cancel your Private Tour, simply contact us by phone or email.

✔ Full Refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

✖ No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

✔ Punctuality Matters: It’s important to arrive on time for your Private Tour. If you are late and miss the tour, no refunds will be issued. Your specific pickup time and location will be sent via email, so please check your inbox.

✔ Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: If Niagara Falls Tour needs to cancel the tour due to bad weather or other unforeseen events, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund.

✔ Rescheduling: You may reschedule your tour at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before your booking. If you want to upgrade to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the difference in vehicle costs. If switching to a lower-priced tour, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.

✔ Vehicle Breakdown: In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, we will do everything possible to continue the tour smoothly by arranging an alternative vehicle. However, we cannot offer refunds for lost time or changes in transportation. If the tour is completely canceled due to a breakdown, you will receive a full refund.
